Terms of service
A practical diagnosis, not a ranking promise.
These terms summarize how WebAuditIA works and what a person requesting a diagnosis can expect.
Owner and contact
WebAuditIA operates from webauditia.com. For communications about the service, requests or report delivery, the contact channel is info@webauditia.com.
Service
- WebAuditIA analyzes public information from a URL provided by the user.
- The diagnosis is based on visible signals: basic SEO, message clarity, conversion, trust, structure and local SEO.
- No access is made to Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile or non-public areas of the website.
- The initial summary is free and helps assess whether the full report may be useful.
- The full report is a personalized digital document for the URL and context provided in the request.
Payment and delivery
- The initial request is free.
- Payment for the full report is requested only if there is first a useful summary prepared from the available public information.
- The full report is delivered as a PDF by email or through a secure download link once payment is confirmed.
- Amounts are shown before payment. Payment is handled through a secure payment provider.
- The contract is considered completed when payment is confirmed and WebAuditIA enables delivery of the full report.
Delivery and support
The estimated delivery time for the initial diagnosis is shown during the request. If there is an issue with payment, the download link or report receipt, it can be reviewed by email.
Withdrawal and refunds
- The free initial diagnosis does not create any payment obligation.
- Before paying, the user can review the initial summary, the price and these terms.
- The full report is personalized digital content prepared for a specific website. Once it has been delivered by email or the download link has been enabled, refunds will not apply unless applicable law states otherwise.
- A refund may be reviewed in case of duplicate payment, delivery failure attributable to WebAuditIA, a technical error that prevents access to the report and cannot be solved, or delivery of a report clearly unrelated to the requested URL.
- Refund or correction requests must be sent to info@webauditia.com with the request number and reason.
Incidents and corrections
- If the download link fails, the file cannot be opened or the report is not received, the incident will be reviewed by email.
- Where possible, WebAuditIA may correct, resend or replace the report before considering a refund.
- Corrections are limited to delivery, access, format or requested-URL matching errors; they do not include changes based on new client preferences after delivery.
Requester responsibility
- The user declares that the submitted URL is public and that they have a legitimate interest in requesting a review of that website.
- The user is responsible for ensuring that the email, URL, sector, area and goal provided are correct.
- Implementation of the recommendations is the responsibility of the user or whoever manages their website. WebAuditIA does not modify the client's website.
Use of the report
The client may use the report internally and share it with professionals who manage their website. It may not be resold, published as the client's own product or stripped of WebAuditIA authorship or visual identity.
Limitations
WebAuditIA does not guarantee search rankings, sales, bookings or specific results. The report provides diagnosis and actionable improvements based on the reviewed public website, and does not replace ongoing SEO consulting or technical website management.
Contact and communications
